Return Policy

Perfume Rivers strive to satisfy its customers through exceptional products at best possible rates. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, simply follow the instructions below to return the order within 30 days of purchase and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (minus shipping charges) via crediting your credit card. There will be NO REFUND for every open or used product/items                                                   

To return and get a refund, please contact us at service@perfumerivers.com and we will send all that is required to return the product/items. Make sure to include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return. The amount will be credited back within 5 business days of the receipt.
